Queensland's Citizen Science Hub

Most environmental impact studies (EISs or EIAs) are produced by the proponent of some form of development. The information they contain is therefore usually copyright to the body which commissioned the study. Thus many extensive studies of environmental conditions and trends are unavailable to the general public. This site can be used to store and make accessible any studies that are not easily already discoverable online. Also, submissions by individuals and civic groups often contain detailed scientific evidence or insights. While these are commonly published by the body making the submission, QSN offers a central repository. In general, QSN won’t re-publish the reports of parliamentary committees or submissions to them, as these are usually available online.
