The Hut Environmental & Community Association Inc (THECA) is a community group focusing on environmental awareness, education and action.

We are based at The Hut Environmental Centre on the edge of Mt Coot-tha Forest Park in the western suburbs of Brisbane.

Our activities range from volunteer bushcare to a presenting a major community forum on an approximately annual basis. We hold regular birdwalks and nightwalks, and Kids Time sessions are offered (mainly) during school holidays.
